General Manager Position
A growing and dynamic restoration company is looking for a General Manager to help lead the divisions of SERVPRO Team Greenway. This leader will ensure that the annual divisional initiatives will align with our company initiatives. The General Manager will develop and lead a quality team of properly trained employees, produce jobs completed according to SERVPRO franchise procedures and processes. This person will supervise, monitor, and communicate with management staff to stay updated on jobs, documentation, budgeting, and any customer issues.
Primary Responsibilities
- Coordinate with division managers to create an annual business plan with goals
- Oversee the management of the Marketing, Production, Construction Services, and Office Divisions
- Direct franchise operations during storm and large loss events
- Conduct Managers' Meeting
- Report to and update the franchise owner, as needed, or required
- Continue professional and personal development of leadership, management, and teambuilding skills
- Network and build relationships with key accounts and centers of influence (COIs) to ensure client satisfaction
- Work with division managers to ensure an exceptional customer experience
- Assist division managers with planning for and meeting staffing needs
- Assist division managers with recruiting, hiring, training, and retaining employees
- Coach and mentor division managers
- Confirm with the Office Manager that current human resources documentation requirements are met
- Develop annual company budget
- Confirm with the accounting clerk that the monthly / quarterly financial statements are shared with the CPA of record
- Ensure the company complies with federal, state, and local regulations
- Ensure adequate insurance coverages

Effective written and oral communicationIntermediate math skills5+ years management experience, restoration industry experience a plusProficient computer skillsExcellent leadership skillsKnowledgeable at job costing and quality controlAbility to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable lawThis is a full-time position working varying hours between 7 : 00 a.m. and 7 : 00 p.m., MondayFriday, 40 hours per week minimum. This position frequently requires working on-call and weekend work. Travel is required and is primarily local during the business day; however, some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected.
