Senior macOS Client Platform Engineer

A company is looking for a Senior Client Platform Engineer, macOS.

Key Responsibilities

Automate and manage macOS device configuration and software deployment using Configuration as Code best practices

Implement, test, and maintain GitOps workflows for repeatable and version-controlled changes across the client platform

Collaborate cross-functionally to troubleshoot, document, and improve platform reliability and user experience for macOS endpoints

Required Qualifications

BS / MS or equivalent experience in Engineering or Computer Science

8+ years of experience in Client Platform Engineering

Proficient with scripting languages (such as Bash, Python) and macOS management tools (Fleet, MDM, JAMF, or similar)

Experience with Git, CI / CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code or GitOps methodologies

Strong knowledge of macOS internals, endpoint automation, and enterprise support in a fast-paced environment
