This role involves collaborating closely with product management, design, and engineering leaders to deliver scalable, resilient, and high-quality software solutions. You will champion Agile practices, mentor engineering talent, and lead efforts in cloud-native development, microservices architecture, and agentic AI systems. The position is fully remote, offering flexibility and the opportunity to shape software engineering practices across a pioneering organization.

Accountabilities :

• Lead, manage, and grow multiple software engineering teams delivering product-focused solutions.
• Mentor and guide professional and technical development of engineers.
• Collaborate with product managers to define application capabilities, testing scenarios, and technical requirements.
• Promote and implement best practices in software engineering, Agile methodologies, and full-stack development.
• Ensure craftsmanship, availability, resilience, and scalability of software solutions.
• Drive innovation by staying current with technology trends, experimenting with new tools, and participating in engineering communities.
• Lead efforts to deploy applications into cloud environments and transition monolithic systems to microservice architectures.
• Encourage teamwork, inclusion, creative problem-solving, and knowledge sharing across teams.
