As a senior technology leader, you will oversee multiple software engineering teams focused on delivering innovative cloud-based solutions and enterprise-scale B2B products. You will guide technical strategy, drive adoption of modern software practices, and foster a culture of innovation and high performance. This role involves collaborating closely with product management, design, and engineering leaders to deliver scalable, resilient, and high-quality software solutions. You will champion Agile practices, mentor engineering talent, and lead efforts in cloud-native development, microservices architecture, and agentic AI systems. The position is fully remote, offering flexibility and the opportunity to shape software engineering practices across a pioneering organization.
Accountabilities :
- Lead, manage, and grow multiple software engineering teams delivering product-focused solutions.
- Mentor and guide professional and technical development of engineers.
- Collaborate with product managers to define application capabilities, testing scenarios, and technical requirements.
- Promote and implement best practices in software engineering, Agile methodologies, and full-stack development.
- Ensure craftsmanship, availability, resilience, and scalability of software solutions.
- Drive innovation by staying current with technology trends, experimenting with new tools, and participating in engineering communities.
- Lead efforts to deploy applications into cloud environments and transition monolithic systems to microservice architectures.
- Encourage teamwork, inclusion, creative problem-solving, and knowledge sharing across teams.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred.9+ years in software development with 7+ years in people management; 13+ years development experience preferred.8+ years of experience with Agile practices.Experience leading teams building B2B SaaS solutions.Familiarity with agentic AI systems, frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen), and cloud-native software development.Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.Proven ability to drive architectural transformation, improve engineering velocity, and implement modern software practices.Passion for technology trends, experimentation, and cultivating a culture of innovation.Benefits
