Part-Time Installer / Awning Technician

Fabritech Inc. is currently taking job applications for a part-time installer / awning technician position in our company. Job involves installing and servicing fabric awnings, canopies, and signs. Job may also involve shop help. Normal work hours are Mon-Fri 7 : 00am - 4 : 00pm. This is a part-time position that would be for full days of work at a time when the work is available. It could lead to full-time employment.

Qualifications :

• Must have exterior construction knowledge and experience.
• Must be able to accurately read a tape measure and understand drawn plans.
• Be able to field-fabricate on occasion where necessary.
• Must possess a high level of workmanship and attention to detail.
• Be able to operate drills, saws, and other power tools in a safe manner.
• Be able to safely work from stepladders and extension ladders.
• Be or willing to learn to safely and efficiently operate and work from lift equipment.
• Be responsible, reliable, and courteous.
• Be able to professionally interact with customers.
• Must be able to prioritize, and work well with others.
• Must have a valid drivers license.
• Must be willing to cross train and work with other positions in the company.
