Job Summary :

As an HR Solutions Employee Advisor, you will be the frontline support role for Trane Technologies' HR Solutions Center. The HR Solutions Center is the primary helpline for questions regarding Health & Welfare Benefits, Payroll, Pension / 401k, Health Progress, Leaves, and Corporate Programs. As an HR Solutions Employee Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting the Trane Technologies Employee (Active / Retired) population.

Compensation : Base Compensation Range is $40,000 to $60,000. Disclaimer : This base salary range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
