Overall Purpose
The Sr. Enterprise Change Management (ECM) Consultant is responsible for driving enterprise-wide change initiatives that enable strategic transformation and organizational effectiveness. This role applies structured change management methodologies, fosters stakeholder engagement, and ensures measurable adoption of strategic initiatives, new technologies, and operational improvements across the enterprise.

Work is primarily performed in a professional office environment and involves prolonged periods of sitting and computer use. The base pay scale for this position in : Chicago, IL in USD per year is $125,000 - $145,000. New York, NY / San Francisco, CA in USD per year is $152,000 - $172,000. Additionally, candidates are eligible for a discretionary incentive plan and benefits. This pay scale is subject to change and is not necessarily reflective of actual compensation that may be earned, nor a promise of any specific pay for any specific candidate, which is always dependent on legitimate factors considered at the time of job offer.
