In this role, you will connect with residential clients, build strong relationships, and guide them through the construction process from first contact to project completion. With a commission-only structure and no cap on earnings, your income is directly tied to your drive, skill, and results.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on leads to secure new residential construction projects.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and consistent follow-up.
• Present proposals and project details in a professional, client-focused manner.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure client expectations are met throughout the project.
• Track sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions in company systems.
• Attend occasional weekend client meetings, networking events, or site visits as required.
• Represent American Central Corp with professionalism, integrity, and pride in appearance.
