In this role, you will lead a team responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and efficiency of critical systems that support internal engineering teams and end users. You will manage high-scale cloud infrastructure, implement monitoring and automation, and continuously improve the operational resilience of services. This position combines technical leadership, people management, and cross-functional collaboration, requiring strategic oversight of reliability initiatives and mentorship for engineers. Your impact will be measured by system performance, uptime, scalability, and the effectiveness of your team’s contributions to company-wide services.

Accountabilities

• Lead the Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team, providing guidance, mentorship, and growth opportunities.
• Define and track team goals, success metrics, and alignment with overall SRE strategy.
• Partner with internal product and engineering teams to optimize cloud infrastructure, performance, and availability.
• Establish strong processes for incident response, monitoring, capacity planning, and change management.
• Coordinate SRE priorities across multiple products, ensuring transparency and alignment with organizational goals.
• Drive continuous improvement through postmortems, process optimization, and adoption of best practices.
• Support hiring, culture-building, and performance management to foster a high-performing and growth-oriented team.
• Promote a culture of metrics-driven quality, accountability, and operational excellence.
