We're bringing the vibrant flavors, and warm hospitality of the Mediterranean to Miami Beach and we're looking for experienced, motivated, and hands-on Food & Beverage / Restaurant Managers to join our opening leadership team!
This is an incredible opportunity to be part of something truly special from the ground up helping to shape the guest experience, build a strong service culture, and lead a dynamic opening team.
About the Role :
As a Restaurant Manager, you'll lead by example on the floor while also managing the administrative side of operations. You'll support all aspects of service, team development, and guest relations - while ensuring smooth, efficient, and profitable day-to-day operations.
Key Qualifications :
- 2–4 years of management experience in an upscale or high-volume restaurant
- Strong leadership and team development skills
Proven ability to manage daily operations, maintain service standards, and drive results
