Operations Analyst

A company is looking for an Analyst, Operations I.

Key Responsibilities

Review and analyze claim appeals, coordinating with coders and assisting customers with issue resolution

Research and manage claim inventory for various billing types, ensuring compliance with clinical review guidance

Perform data entry, maintain databases, and assist with special projects while managing workflow distribution

Required Qualifications

Minimum high school diploma or GED with two years of experience in operations or service roles; Associate's degree accepted without prior experience

Experience in healthcare and knowledge of medical coding preferred

Ability to use relevant software, particularly MS Office Suite

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work independently while handling confidential information
