We are looking for passionate individuals to help drive our sales initiatives and provide exceptional customer experiences. As a Music Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in helping our store meet its sales and profit goals while embracing your love for music.

Key Responsibilities :

• Achieve and exceed individual sales goals to contribute to the company's success.
• Promote and engage customers in our Music & Arts lesson program.
• Build partnerships through networking with local teachers, schools, churches, and community organizations.
• Cultivate strong relationships with customers and deliver compelling sales presentations based on proven sales techniques.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Encourage and promote customer loyalty.
• Participate in various store operations, including merchandising, displays, and overall maintenance.
• Help maintain store security, including keys and alarm systems.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
