At Aegis Healthcare we are expanding our Home Health & Hospice Teams and are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual for the role of Occupational Therapist who shares our desire to make healthcare better for everyone.

COMPENSATION : $90 / Eval and $80 / Visit DOE

STATUS : PRN / Part-Time

SCHEDULE : Schedule Flexibility M-F 8am - 5pm

LOCATION : Openings throughout the West Side, Phoenix , Glendale, and Sun City
