Pay Rates + Bonus

PCA $15.00 / hr

Nursing Assistant $15.50 / hr

CNA $16.50 / hr

Earn a $0.50 / hr raise after completing required training!

What Youll Do

Offer companionship & emotional support

Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing & toileting

Help with light housekeeping & laundry

Prepare simple, nutritious meals

Provide medication reminders

Accompany clients to appointments & errands

Use dementia-safe care techniques (online training provided)

Requirements

Valid CNA license or PCA certification

Reliable transportation & valid drivers license

Strong communication (phone, text, email)

Able to lift 25 lbs and comfortable with pets

Dementia care experience is a plus

Must pass a background check

Most importantly a heart for service and respect for every client
