Job description

Highlights of the Position :

  • Team Size : Join a well-established, collaborative therapy team of 20+ full-time staff.
  • Patient Load : Manageable caseload of 6-7 patients per day, with treatment sessions lasting 60 to 90 minutes.
  • Patient Population : Diverse caseload including stroke, neurological conditions, orthopedic / post-op, and complex medical cases.
  • Career Development : Strong internal pathways for career advancement and leadership opportunities.
  • Mentorship & Growth : Receive ongoing training and mentorship from experienced clinical leaders dedicated to your professional development.

Compensation & Benefits :

  • Sign-On Bonus : $10,000
  • Tuition Loan Payments : $3,000 annually to support student loan repayment
