Financial Planning Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of the company's financial model and forecasting process

Drive scenario planning and provide financial insights to business leaders

Lead process improvement initiatives across Corporate Finance and manage cash forecasting

Required Qualifications

5-7 years of experience in FP&A, Private Equity, or Investment Banking

Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field; MBA preferred

Strong background in financial statements, reporting, and compliance

High proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with ERP systems is a plus

Ability to build and lead a high-performing FP&A function
