Lead Infant Teacher & Opener Position Available

Tiny Town Childcare is searching for a passionate, energetic, and dedicated Lead Infant Teacher to also serve as our Opener each morning. This role is perfect for someone who loves working with little ones, thrives in a nurturing environment, and is ready to start the day with positivity and purpose!

Schedule : Monday Friday, 6 : 00 AM 2 : 00 PM

As Our Lead Infant Teacher, You Will :

• Create fun, age-appropriate activities that support growth in sensory play, language, motor skills, and emotional development.
• Provide a safe, loving, and nurturing space for infants (6 weeks12 months).
• Share milestones and progress with families through open communication and documentation.
• Partner with parents and teammates to support each childs unique needs.
• Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and care in your classroom.

As Our Opener, You Will :

• Arrive early to prepare and welcome families with a warm smile.
• Ensure classrooms are bright, safe, and ready for the day ahead.
• Assist with breakfast or morning routines to start the day smoothly.
• Uphold licensing regulations and safety standards from the very first moment.

What Were Looking For :

• High School Diploma required; ECE degree / certification preferred .
• Experience working with infants / toddlers in a licensed childcare setting.
• Strong communication skills and a love for building relationships with children and families.
• CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• A warm heart, positive energy, and genuine passion for early childhood education .

Physical Requirements :

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs, bend, sit on the floor, and move quickly when needed.
