Obstetrics Hospitalist Physician

StartDate : ASAP Pay Rate : $169.75 - $183.75

This facility is seeking an Obstetrics Hospitalist Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity :

Schedule : 24-hour in-house call; 8 : 00am – 8 : 00am

Practice Setting : Inpatient OB hospitalist role at a 320-bed facility with Level 3 NICU, 10 labor / recovery suites, and 26 postpartum beds

Types of Cases : Labor & delivery, OB emergencies, inpatient OB rounding

Credentialing Timeframe : Around 60 days; temps available (active LA license required at presentation)

EMR : Meditech

Certifications Required : Board Certified (AOBOG or ABOG), TB / PPD (within 12 months), flu shot (during flu season)

Licensure Required : Active Louisiana license, DEA, CSR (must be fully active at submission – no pending)
