Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager located in Jupiter, FL. The Project Manager will oversee all stages of project development, from initial planning and design through construction and final inspection. Daily tasks include managing project timelines, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, expediting materials, conducting inspections, qualifying bids and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. The Project Manager will also handle logistics management to ensure the timely completion of projects. Additionally, will meet with new clients and send project estimates with the use of Bluebeam and Xcel.

Qualifications

• Project Management skills, including Expeditor and Expediting experience
• Inspection and compliance skills
• Logistics Management expertise
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Jupiter, FL
• Excel Experience
• Bluebeam Experience
• Construction software experience : Buildertrend or Procore
• Experience in residential and / or commercial construction is mandatory
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
