Role Overview :

Were looking for an outgoing, personable, and organized Intake Specialist and Administrative Support to join our team. As an Intake Specialist, you will be the first person many clients meet at our firm therefore exemplary customer service skills are required. If interacting with others fills your tank and you've worked in Personal Injury Law, we'd love for you to apply.

In this role, youll work closely with the office manager, attorneys and clients to evaluate potential claims, manage client expectations, manage referrals, keep cases moving forward and help ensure every client gets the attention and support they deserve. You should be comfortable in a fast-paced legal environment and able to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and care. Were always looking to add those with confidence, curiosity and hustle to our team.

Responsibilities :

• Serve as a initial point of contact for clients
• Explaining the claims process and informing the clients on what they can expect
• Collect and organize case-related documents (medical records, police reports, etc.)
• Monitor deadlines and ensure timely follow-ups
• Communicate with insurance companies, medical providers, and other third parties
• Maintaining communication with referral attorneys on status of cases
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date files in both paper and digital formats
• Generally support attorneys and management

Qualifications :

• Prior experience as a case manager, legal assistant, or paralegal preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bilingual Spanish required
• Familiarity with personal injury law is helpful but not required
• Familiarity with CRMs, Docusign, Dropbox

• Compensation / Wage : $55,000 per year
