Environmental Health And Safety Director

ASC is looking for an Environmental Health And Safety Director, who will be responsible for overseeing and implementing environmental, health, and safety programs across multiple locations within our organization. You will ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, develop and execute safety training programs, and promote a culture of safety and environmental stewardship within the company.

How You Will Help

Safety Culture Development :

• Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the company's safety culture.
• Promote a proactive safety mindset through training, communication, and recognition programs.
• Work closely with senior leadership to embed safety principles into the company's core values.
• Organize and lead safety engagement activities, including safety campaigns, events, and awareness programs.
• Foster a culture of open communication and continuous feedback regarding safety practices across all departments.

Additional responsibilities and duties may be assigned. Employee must be able to obtain a tow motor license and successfully pass LOTO and confined space training.
