Product Manager
Universal Ads is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Product Manager to join our team and help shape the future of Universal Ads Manager and the UA Marketing API. In this role, you will collaborate across teams to develop a product roadmap, deliver new features, and improve the advertiser experience. The ideal candidate has successfully delivered advertising products that solve complex customer needs and drive measurable business impact.
Core Responsibilities
- Define and execute multi-year product strategy and roadmap that aligns with company objectives and market opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and partnerships to deliver innovative products and features.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert for Universal Ads manager and marketing API.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and feasibility studies to identify opportunities for new products and enhancements that maintain competitive advantage.
- Develop product goals and strategic business plans that drive product positioning and initiatives to expand market share, API usage, and profitability.
- Drive partner adoption and growth by defining features, programs, and incentives that expand API usage across agencies, commerce platforms, and developer ecosystems.
- Collaborate with strategic partners (e.g., Canva) to co-create solutions that maximize advertiser value and improve partner retention.
- Shape the partner experience by owning documentation, SDKs, sandbox environments, and support processes that enable faster integrations and increased satisfaction.

Compensation
Primary Location Pay Range : $173,546.61 - $260,319.92
Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus. Additionally, Comcast provides best-in-class Benefits to eligible employees.

Bachelor's Degree While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.
