Ventia are seeking to engage an experienced qualified food & beverage utility. This casual position will see you based at HMAS Stirling, Garden Island Rockingham.

As part of the team, you will be required for each rostered shift to perform tasks including but not limited to dining room and bar duties as well as kitchen hand duties.

Key responsibilities include :

• Run an efficient front-of-house service
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Contribute to Ventias Food Safety Program
• Assist with basic food preparation, when required
• Operate bar services in line with Australian Responsible Service of Alcohol Standards
• Support with cleaning the premises and equipment

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in a similar hospitality role
• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
• Food Handlers Certificate Level 1 (or sound knowledge of Food Safety Standards)
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Ability to work autonomously, as well as in a team
