Qorali are working in partnership with an enterprise team seeking a skilled ServiceNow Administrator to join their high-performing IT team in Dallas. Role Overview

As the ServiceNow Admin, youll be responsible for managing and enhancing the ServiceNow platform, with a strong focus on ITSM, Incident & Problem Management, and ITIL aligned processes. Youll also work closely with monitoring tools like Splunk to support proactive service reliability and root cause analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and optimize ServiceNow modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB)
  • Align workflows with ITIL v4 standards and drive continuous improvement
  • Integrate Splunk monitoring tools for real-time alerting and visibility
  • Lead root cause analysis for major incidents and implement long-term fixes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance automation and reporting
  • Support platform upgrades, performance tuning, and data integrity

Experience Needed

  • 3+ years of ServiceNow administration experience in enterprise environments
  • Strong understanding of ITIL v4 principles and ITSM workflows
  • Experience with Splunk or similar monitoring tools
  • Proven background in Incident & Problem Management and RCA facilitation
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
