Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Part-Time

Job Summary

Aniz Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who is compassionate, dependable, and passionate about making a difference in the community. As an LPN with Aniz Inc., youll provide direct patient care, oversee Certified Clinical Medical Assistants (CCMAs), and support providers in delivering high-quality, patient-centered healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within the LPN scope of practice and organizational protocols.
• Record accurate patient histories, vital signs, and documentation in the EMR.
• Administer medications and vaccines as ordered by the provider, including PrEP and other preventive treatments.
• Educate patients on medications, treatment plans, HIV prevention, and overall wellness.
• Support Ryan White program services by ensuring care coordination, follow-ups, and referrals.
• Oversee CCMAs, providing guidance and ensuring clinical quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with providers, staff, and community partners to deliver holistic, inclusive care.
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and patient-focused clinical environment.
• Uphold patient confidentiality, safety, and infection control standards.
