We are seeking a talented and passionate Executive Pastry Chef to lead the club’s pastry program and work directly alongside the Executive Chef in crafting innovative, world-class desserts and baked goods.

The Role
As Executive Pastry Chef , you will oversee the full pastry operation — from concept and creation to execution and presentation. You will manage and inspire a dedicated pastry team while maintaining an uncompromising commitment to quality, precision, and consistency. Your role will be hands-on and creative, guiding menu development and ensuring every dessert and pastry reflects the sophistication and signature experience of the club.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, organize, and inspire the daily operations of the pastry department, ensuring flawless execution across all service periods.
Collaborate with the Executive Chef to design and develop innovative, seasonal pastry and dessert menus that elevate the club’s culinary identity.
Manage pastry production, scheduling, and training across all outlets within the club.
Oversee and maintain the pastry kitchen budget , ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost control.
Uphold and exceed all health, sanitation, and food safety standards , ensuring a pristine and professional work environment.
Recruit, train, and mentor pastry staff, fostering a culture of respect, growth, and culinary excellence.
Maintain detailed recipes, visuals, and production standards , ensuring consistent presentation and quality.
Lead by example, inspiring a professional and polished atmosphere in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
Collaborate closely with management and front-of-house leadership to deliver seamless guest experiences.
Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years of fine dining pastry leadership experience (Executive Pastry Chef, Pastry Chef de Cuisine, or equivalent).
Deep knowledge of modern pastry techniques, plating, and production methods.
Culinary or pastry degree preferred.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team with professionalism and integrity.
Strong sense of design, artistry, and flavor balance with an innovative approach.
NYC Food Protection Certificate required.
Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and communication.
Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Grace under pressure, with the ability to maintain focus in a dynamic environment.
