Sr. Product Marketing Manager, Amazon Music Job at Amazon Music in Seattle

Overview Sr. Product Marketing Manager, Amazon Music. We are looking for a creative, analytical and results-oriented marketer to drive listener growth across Amazon Music's tiers of service. You will help build and launch product marketing initiatives supporting all tiers, working cross-functionally across Amazon teams to influence partners, think big, invent and simplify, and deliver on project roadmaps.

This individual will partner with teams across Amazon Music, including Marketing, Product, Finance, and Business Intelligence, to drive listener and subscriber growth by improving existing and building new customer journeys. You will lead Product Marketing strategies, report progress to senior leadership, and champion best practices across global teams. A strong candidate will be independent, able to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines, and skilled in product marketing, communication, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities Ideate, manage, and execute marketing strategies to drive listener and subscriber growth for Amazon Music\'s tiers, globally.

Lead complex, cross-functional product marketing go-to-market initiatives for product features and launches.

Partner closely with marketing and product teams to influence roadmaps to optimize listener growth at scale.

Lead strategy and requirements to fund qualitative and quantitative research to inform product messaging and positioning; share insights and recommended actions with leadership.

Identify and pursue cross-category opportunities, partnering with teams across Amazon.

Lead the identification of ROI and metrics for new marketing strategies; partner with BI, Product, and Finance to identify trade-offs and recommendations.

Leverage new or emerging trends to identify new customer audiences and journeys to unlock higher growth.

Basic Qualifications 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches

Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting

Experience with A / B Testing or Multi-Variate Testing

Experience using SQL or other analytical tools for data analysis

Experience in marketing or marketing research

MBA
