Opportunity
The Sales Manager A&D is responsible for accelerating top-line sales through strategic relationship cultivation with high-end design, architecture, and luxury home builders. With a luxury-first mindset, this role will elevate the Kallista brand among premium audiencestargeting marquee residential and boutique commercial projects. This individual is the face of Kallista to the trade, driving influence, education, and specification.

This position is based in New York with additional travel to Michigan, Ohio, Kentucky, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine, Vermont, Canada.
This role requires overnight travel, up to 30%.

The salary range for this position is $102,100 - $127,650 plus a competitive half-yearly sales incentive bonus. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. This position may be eligible for an Area Salary Differential based on the location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, and pension with eligibility to participate in the car program.
