Location : Milwaukee WI 53214 (Hybrid)
Duration : 12 Months
Pay Rate : $80 / Hr on W2 without PTO (Paid time off)

Detailed Job Description :
Hybrid Role - 50% on site in Milwaukee, 50% Remote
10% travel may be required. Occasional trips to Paramus NJ
Looking for a Sr PM to implement HRIS Platforms. Should be familiar with Workday, SuccessFactors, or any other HRIS systems.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree or above - preference in business, IT, Finance , HRIS area
7+ years direct work experience in a project management capacity, working on HCM project implementation including Payroll, Talent Management, Benefits, Onboarding and more
Demonstrated experience in personnel management in a complex matrix organization.
Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
Strong familiarity with project management software.
7+ years direct work experience in a project management capacity, working on HCM project implementation including Payroll, Talent Management, Benefits, Onboarding and more
Experience working on ERP platform implementation is definitely a +
Experience working with OCM team to drive specific deliverables such as training, communication, documentation, engagement
PMP certification preferred.
CSM certification preferred
Expect up to 15% travel but not every week
Most work done on Central and Eastern time US
