Position Overview

We are seeking Mechanical Designers and Engineers experienced in multi-family commercial HVAC design. Responsibilities include performing Manual J, S, D calculations, designing duct layouts in AutoCAD, and collaborating across disciplines to ensure integrated design solutions for our partners.

Essential Functions

• Produce heat loss / gain calculations, equipment specifications, and duct designs in Wrightsoft and AutoCAD.
• Design HVAC systems for various building types, ensuring code compliance.
• Coordinate project meetings, respond to RFIs, and communicate with clients.
• Create detailed construction drawings and documentation in AutoCAD.
