Key Responsibilities :

Build and maintain successful relationships with team members to assess the impact of technology risk on crucial business processes.

Execute risk reviews for various processes, including Risk Control and Self Assessments (RCSAs) and recommend risk mitigation strategies.

Influence collaboration among leaders in ESM, Compliance, Cyber Security, and Internal Audit regarding key technology risks.

Conduct regular risk reviews with executives and support the reporting of risk metrics.

Perform in-depth risk analyses, investigations, and lead risk initiatives to enhance our overall control effectiveness.

Design and implement governance processes for internal risk and control.

Identify and adopt continuous improvements to our risk program, aligned with industry best practices.

Support innovative initiatives for the Enterprise Services Risk organization.

Basic Qualifications :

High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Financial Services and Technology sector.

At least 3 years of experience in project, program, process, and risk management.

Minimum of 3 years facilitating discussions across various disciplines.

Preferred Qualifications :

Bachelor's Degree or military experience.

3+ years in risk management, technology, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in Risk Management.

1+ years in the Financial Services industry.

Experience in controls development and risk reporting activities.

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.

Strong communication skills, capable of leading meetings at all organizational levels.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, ready to adapt to changing demands.

3 years of experience leading cross-functional programs.

3 years of experience consulting with senior executives.
