Role Overview : Sodexo is seeking an experienced Custodial Manager for Hobart & William Smith Colleges in Geneva, NY . Our leader will work a schedule of 8 : 30AM-6 : 00PM Monday through Friday, Budgeted salary : $61,000- $66,000 Valid driver's license with clear background required. Reporting to the Custodial Operations Manager, our successful candidate will have demonstrated experience managing custodial services in a large facility, walk around campus daily and inspect sanitation and remain pro-active in keeping our campus pristine. Technical knowledge of floor care and custodial equipment and chemicals and e xperience managing a cohesive team with the flexibility to jump in and help hands-on as needed is required. This role will be professionally responsible for successfully managing the Custodial Services, with key interaction and will act as a support role for the execution of service quality Incentives : Relocation assistance is available for candidate more than 50 miles from campus What You'll Do : Be responsible for support in driving the custodial program and staff Tuesday through Saturday Provide a clean and safe environment for students, visitors, and staff Lead teams and departmental projects and initiatives Effectively manage the Unit Operating System Support a diverse and inclusive workforce What We Offer : Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
