AI DevOps Manager

Job discription : We are seeking an experienced OpenShift (OCP) GenAI Platform Engineer to design, deploy, and support large-scale AI / LLM platforms on Red Hat OpenShift. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in container orchestration, automation, YAML troubleshooting, CI / CD pipelines, and Python scripting, with the ability to work closely with AI / ML and infrastructure teams to enable GenAI workloads.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, deploy, and maintain OpenShift clusters (OCP 4.x) for AI and GenAI workloads.
• Manage and troubleshoot YAML, Helm charts, Operators, and CI / CD pipelines (Jenkins / ArgoCD).
• Enable deployment and inferencing of LLMs / GenAI models using containerized workloads.
• Integrate and automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, Ansible, and Python.
• Work with GPUs, vLLM, and containerized inferencing for performance optimization.
• Monitor and enhance system reliability using Prometheus, Grafana, and EFK stacks.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for platform issues and implement preventive measures.
• Ensure compliance with security, RBAC, network, and governance policies.
• Collaborate with AI / ML engineers, DevOps, and SRE teams to support full GenAI lifecycle.
