• Also knows how to use a tape gun Efficient use of space  – fits items securely in cartons or pallets without overpacking.
• Consistency  – follows standard operating procedures for every pack.
• Organizational skills  – keeps packing stations neat and avoids mix-ups between customer orders.
• Speed balanced with care  – works efficiently without sacrificing safety or quality.
