Key Responsibilities
Review and validate Workers' Compensation and General Liability audits for accuracy and compliance
Identify auditor trends and provide mentoring to support professional growth
Collaborate with teams to identify training opportunities and promote continuous process improvement
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
1-2 years premium insurance audit experience
1-3 years in Dual Wage experience
2-3 years experience in California Worker's Compensation Audits
WCIRB Certification
