Role Summary : The Office, Logistics & Inventory Manager is responsible for overseeing daily back office accounts payable, accounts receivable operations, logistics coordination, inventory management, and import hub activities to ensure organizational efficiency, compliance, and exceptional service. This role plays a key part in driving operational excellence, ensuring accurate inventory flow, and supporting the import and distribution of materials to OLS locations and customers.
Job Responsibilities
Logistics Coordination
- Oversee dispatching of local and regional deliveries, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and timely service.
- Manage and optimize delivery schedules, driver assignments, and routing for maximum asset utilization.
- Monitor delivery performance, costs, and customer satisfaction, identifying and implementing improvements.
- Ensure compliance with all FMCSA and DOT standards related to logistics documentation and recordkeeping.
- Maintain communication between store, drivers, and management to ensure seamless order execution.
- Track and audit driver logs, delivery confirmations, and fuel reports for accuracy and payroll purposes.
- Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate delivery priorities and resolve operational issues quickly.
Inventory Management
Oversee all aspects of inventory control, including receipt, storage, accuracy, and distribution of materials.Maintain precise inventory records within ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) to ensure data integrity and visibility.Conduct cycle counts and full physical inventories to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.Identify inventory discrepancies, analyze root causes, and implement corrective measures.Coordinate with procurement and sales teams to forecast material needs and optimize inventory levels.Manage inbound and outbound inventory flow for store and import hub operations.Import Hub Operations
Oversee import hub operations, including receiving, processing, and staging imported materials for distribution.Coordinate communication between import vendors, freight carriers, and internal departments to ensure timely product flow.Monitor inbound shipment schedules and documentation to ensure compliance with customs, tariffs, and company requirements.Implement and refine processes for material handling, documentation accuracy, and throughput efficiency.Partner with the Products and Procurement teams to ensure accurate product data, costing, and vendor performance tracking.Develop operational metrics and reporting to evaluate hub performance and identify improvement opportunities.Leadership & Collaboration

Work is performed onsite at a company store and related outside yard and warehouses. Work environment varies as this position often requires time spent indoors at the store seated at a computer, or outside in the elements assisting employees and customers in the yard and warehouse. This position may periodically require driving a personal or company vehicle to conduct business, such as delivering samples or visiting customer worksites.
Position Type / Expected Hours of Work
Full-time position. 50+ hours per week, generally following store hours (Monday-Friday, some locations include Saturdays or special seasonal hours)
Compensation details : 80000-100000 Yearly Salary
