Account Executive
The ideal candidate will possess strong sales, interpersonal and organizational skills. They should be comfortable with multitasking and be able to budget their resources in order to meet the assigned quotas for their role.
Responsibilities :
- Achieve and exceed quarterly / annual sales targets by identifying, qualifying and converting sales leads through outbound activity
- Deliver compelling product presentations and demos to potential customers, articulating the unique value of our STEM offerings
- Negotiate and close deals while maintaining a deep understanding of customer needs, pain points and buying processes
- Manage the full sales cycle, ensuring an excellent experience for each prospective customer
Requirements :
- 3+ years of quota-carrying experience selling technology products, educational materials or services
- Exceeded a 1 million quota
- Demonstrated success achieving and over-achieving sales targets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build trust
- Self-motivated with a consultative sales approach
