The Program Analyst Senior - Staffing is a functional leader working strategically across a portfolio of programs to :
- Conduct long range planning for staffing needs across the portfolio of programs
- Creating requisitions and organizing new positions
- Track and drive targeted hiring / incumbent capture
- Identify opportunities to use internal resources vs new hires
- Implementing employee retention strategies
- Conduct transition for newly awarded initiatives / programs
- Engage with existing and new vendors - plan requirements, schedule events, define agenda
- Gather requirements, track and push Bill of Material (BoM) data gathering, tracking and pushing to closure
- Prepare, schedule and conduct dry runs for Financial Management Reviews (FMR)
- Prepare, schedule and conduct dry runs for Program Management Reviews (PMR)
- Support and coordinate growth requirements :
- Request for Information (RFI) responses
- Request for Proposal (RFP) responses
- Past performance responses
- Organic growth opportunities on current programs
- Facilitate conference demonstrations, travel, organization preparation
- New program requirement estimation, tracking / assignments and responses
- Clearly and concisely articulates needs to the team with the goal of advancing progress
- Builds relationships with internal and external teams
- Add value to the team with little direction and guidance
- Identify gaps in processes, opportunities for improvement and creates plans for implementation
- Prioritize initiatives / requirements with little guidance
What you'll need to succeed :
Required qualification :
Bachelor's degree in a business or technical fieldMinimum of 2 year's experience as a project manager5 years of experience working in ITVery strong organizational, communication and time management skillsSelf-motivatedAdvanced level MS Office suite of toolsExperience with short and long range planningProcess oriented but flexible in adapting a process to meet internal needsActive TS / SCI clearanceDesired Qualifications :
2-3 years of experience working in a software development environmentPMPSAFe certificationLocation : On Company Site
