Job Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Division Manager to lead our field sales operations and drive growth within the assigned division. The Division Manager will oversee all aspects of sales execution, territory management, and team leadership, driving performance in both retail and event-based activations. This role involves managing a large, multi-layered team to ensure operational excellence, consumer engagement, and alignment with Agile Retail's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and drive overall sales performance within the assigned city / region, including Acquisition Per Hour (APH), team retention, and compliance metrics.
- Manage, coach, and motivate field leadership teams (Territory Managers and Area Managers) to ensure strong execution and accountability.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of 30-40 activatable venues, manage local partnerships, and ensure effective execution of key accounts.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance management for 50+ Product Specialists through data-driven coaching and strategic scheduling.
- Oversee logistics, marketing materials, and inventory to ensure seamless field execution.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership and other teams to meet local needs, share best practices, and drive alignment with broader business goals.
Qualifications :
5+ years of experience in field sales leadership, with a proven track record of managing large, distributed teams and meeting ambitious sales targets.Strong leadership and coaching abilities, with experience in motivating and managing high-performance teams.Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to inform decisions and optimize team performance.Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.What Success Looks Like :
