A company is looking for an IT Help Desk Specialist to provide Level 1 technical support.
Key Responsibilities
Handle Level 1 inbound calls / chats and log interactions in the incident management system
Conduct diagnosis and troubleshooting to resolve known issues
Escalate unresolved problem tickets according to department guidelines
Required Qualifications
0-2 years of IT customer service experience
Basic understanding of computer concepts and support procedures
A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED required
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology preferred
Relevant industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Net+, or CCNA preferred
