Job Description
The position provides behavioral health clinical services across various settings, including hospitals, emergency departments, primary care, and outpatient clinics.
Requirements :
- Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling
- Provisional license in NM as LMSW or LMHC
- Completion of aggression management course within 2 months; BLS within 6 months
- Strong communication, assessment, crisis intervention, and referral skills
- Experience developing therapeutic groups and treatment plans
- Ability to handle emergency situations, coordinate care, and work independently or in teams
- Previous human services experience preferred
