Job Description
The position provides behavioral health clinical services across various settings including hospital, emergency, primary care, and outpatient clinics.
Requirements include a Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling, a provisional license (LMSW or LMHC) in New Mexico, completion of aggression management and BLS courses, along with strong communication, assessment, crisis intervention, and therapeutic skills.
Preferred experience in human services. The role involves working independently and collaboratively, developing treatment plans, leading therapeutic groups, and managing emergency situations. Physical and emotional resilience is essential for handling stress, physical interventions, and potential hazards. The position requires flexibility, the ability to work on short notice, and adherence to safety protocols.
