A company is looking for a Practice Support Analyst - Application Support, Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Assist users via chat to solve technical problems with predefined steps
Triage incomplete tickets and perform troubleshooting for technical issues
Execute sub-tasks of projects within the Practice Success workstream under supervision
Required Qualifications
Minimum of two years' experience in troubleshooting application issues in healthcare settings
Basic competency in HL7 SIU and / or ADT, HIPAA X12 837, and CCDA
Ability to navigate AWS S3 folders
Associate Degree
Demonstrated characteristics of a team player and ability to accept constructive feedback
