About Us : American Dental Companies is a rapidly growing, doctor-owned dental group based in Phoenix, Arizona. We are currently looking for a Payment Posting Specialist for our corporate office!
The Role : As the Payment Posting Specialist, you'll accurately post insurance payments, adjustments, and charges received on a daily basis. This is a full-time and in-person position.
Payments Posting Specialist Responsibilities
- Accurately post transactions (payments and adjustments) from various sources daily. Payment sources include Electronic Remittances, paper checks and EOBs, patients, collection agencies, capitation plans, Care Credit and Patient Portals
- Check and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
- Demonstrated computer and math skills
