Senior Accountant - growth path to Controller!

Salary : $85,000-$105,000 + discretionary bonus

About the Role : Senior Accountant

We're seeking a Senior Accountant to join a well-established organization with a strong reputation in the New England market. This is a high-visibility position where the Senior Accountant will support both project and corporate accounting while working closely with the Controller and project managers.

What You'll Do : Senior Accountant

Handle monthly AIA billing and project-related paperwork

Maintain subcontract files (contracts, insurance, lien waivers, retention)

Support Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable

Assist with financial reporting, reconciliations, and general accounting functions

Serve as backup in cash management, payroll, sales tax, and job cost maintenance

Provide support across finance, payroll, and project operations

What We're Looking For : Senior Accountant

Experience as a Senior Accountant , Project Accountant, or similar role

BS, Accounting, Finance, or related

Familiarity with construction accounting and AIA billing is a plus
