This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to both financial and employee management processes while supporting overall business operations.
Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and ensure accurate financial records.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, overseeing timely payments and collections.
- Reconcile bank accounts and maintain general ledger accuracy.
- Generate financial reports (monthly, quarterly, and annual) and assist with tax compliance.
- Ensure accurate payroll processing, including timesheet tracking and payroll tax submissions.
- Maintain thorough employee records related to onboarding, benefits, and compliance.
- Address employee HR inquiries and support recruitment tasks like scheduling interviews.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies while fostering a compliant and positive workforce.
- Collaborate with leadership to enhance accounting and HR workflows.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Provide additional administrative support and assist with special projects as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, HR, Business Administration, or a related field.At least 2 years of professional experience in accounting, payroll, or HR roles.Proficiency in Spanish (written and verbal) is highly preferred.Experience with accounting and payroll software; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.Required Work Hours
Monday - Friday, 1st shift.
