Finance Manager (F&I) – Automotive Dealer
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic F&I Manager to join our team.
The F&I Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial operations related to vehicle sales, including securing financing options, ensuring legal compliance, and maintaining relationships with lenders. This position plays a key role in maximizing dealership profitability while delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Present financing options to customers and secure appropriate financing and leasing arrangements
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with lenders and financial institutions
- Review credit applications and assess customer creditworthiness
- Ensure all documentation related to sales and finance is accurate, complete, and complies with local, state, and federal regulations
- Structure deals for maximum profitability while adhering to lender guidelines
- Offer and sell additional products such as extended warranties, insurance, and protection packages
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth transition from sales to finance process
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of all finance deals and contracts
- Stay current with financial and automotive industry trends, as well as regulatory changes
Requirements
This position requires a high level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail. Candidates must have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong understanding of automotive finance procedures and compliance standards.
Education and / or Experience
