Key Responsibilities :
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts and build strong relationships
Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to expand account value and ensure customer satisfaction
Continuously analyze accounts for new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Sales preferred, or equivalent experience
5 years of experience in software and / or SaaS sales
5+ years of experience in account management, consultative sales, or B2B client relations
Strong understanding of the aviation and weather sectors
Proficiency in Salesforce for tracking leads and managing pipeline
