A company is looking for a Remote Associate Manager, US Commercial Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Support the design, testing, and implementation of the New Employee Orientation (NEO) program within the SuccessFactors LMS
Monitor new hire reports to ensure accurate onboarding and completion of required training
Continuously assess and enhance the new hire experience by identifying process improvements
Required Qualifications
Demonstrated project management experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience working with Learning Management Systems (SuccessFactors or similar)
Proven ability to collaborate across teams and manage stakeholder relationships
Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to operate independently and collaboratively
Experience in program or project management within a corporate or commercial operations environment is preferred
