Job Description : We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional support and assistance to ensure their needs are met promptly and effectively. Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to address service issues and improve customer experience.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary.
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of their concerns.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Skills & Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.Proven experience in a customer support role or related field.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools.Benefits
