A company is looking for a Member Marketing Manager to join their Engagement team.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development and delivery of recurring member campaigns, ensuring content accuracy and brand alignment
Manage updates to email templates, campaign lists, and marketing automation workflows
Present strategic campaign plans and performance insights to clients, translating data into clear recommendations
Qualifications & Experience
5+ years of experience in engagement, lifecycle, or email marketing, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment
Design experience and / or working with design teams
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms is a plus (Mailchimp, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously
Collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn and grow
